For some systems there is software available which will enable you to make changes with right training which means you have more control over your system, updates are made faster and you won’t need to call an engineer.
On-site Engineer Visits
Should we identify an issue that requires a more ‘hands on’ approach, an engineer can be deployed to diagnose faults, make system changes and resolve issues. Our engineers already service customers across Essex, London, Kent and many other areas so they know their way around and will get to you quickly.
(SLA) Service Level Agreement
We will help you choose the maintenance options that are most suited to your business and once these have been agreed we will provide a SLA. This document includes in detail what your Maintenance Package consists of; the hours and type of support, guaranteed response times and processes to achieve fault resolution.
