Numbers to the telecoms world are like grapes to the wine industry! They are super important and can set a great precedent before a customer (or potential customer) even calls you. Luckily, we have a lot of numbers for a lot of destinations including international and NGN numbers (0844, 0345, 0800 etc). You can either port your current number over to our system or you can purchase a number from us. There are 4 main number groups for any destination: standard, bronze, gold and platinum, all of which carry a different charge. Once the number is allocated to you, you will be able to use the portal to set the destination for the number. For example, you may wish to send it direct to one extension or to a hunt group containing many extensions. You can also set up an announcement message or music directly on to a number instead of the normal ringing sound for the end user. Any numbers that you own will become available to set as an outbound ID on any of your extensions.

Number Porting

With BT Phone Lines, as soon as you move office to a different BT exchange, you lose your numbers. We understand how important it is that you keep your current numbers, so rest assured there is nothing to worry about here! We can port nearly any UK and International numbers and once the number is ported, it can move with you wherever you move to. Once the number is on our network it is simple to call forward to a number of your choice. With phone numbers starting from £1 per month rental, what more could you ask for!
